Appointment Times
Our appointment times are approximate, falling within an arrival window. While you’ll book a specific time, we kindly request your availability 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after your appointment.
Appointment Confirmations
To ensure a smooth and organized scheduling process, we will send a request for appointment confirmation 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. We kindly request your prompt response to this confirmation request.
Adjustments & Cancellations
To maintain our commitment to exceptional care, we schedule a limited number of appointments each day. If you find it necessary to adjust or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring any fees.
